      Pros

      The team I work with is amazing. Crystal, the CEO really cares about her employees and is passionate about her work. She teaches in a way that helps you succeed and because it is a remote job, she makes sure to meet with you once a week. Also, ProSky itself is an amazing one-stop hub that I believe every company will start to use to for job training and job hiring. It truly works! This is an amazing company with great leadership, flexible hours, great products and an awesome work family!

      Cons

      Occasionally but not often the ProSky platform will have glitches so you will have to wait until the problem is resolved. Having said that, the engineering team is awesome and fixes the glitches with no problems!

      Pros

      The CEO, Crystal, definitely believes in you. Her knowledge about her company and her product are astounding. Incredible! Most importantly, she always reminds you to have fun. ProSky is definitely worth working for if you want to learn, grow, and what true passion is. It's not a run of the mull corporate job. It's something different, something to be proud of. Thanks for all the good times.

      Nothing. ProSky is true passion. The CEO, Crystal, even met with Interns once a week just to make sure they are learning how to excel.

      Pros

      Lots of potential for growth, take care of employees. Managers care about you and want you to succeed or grow in your position. Communication with leadership is easy and they are readily available to contact with questions. This is especially helpful when working remotely. The software is always improving and the product is getting better every day. I'm very excited to see what new changes and features are coming in the future.

      Cons

      Always plenty of work to do. Employees are expected to serve in multiple positions which can be scary at first but brings a lot of growth.
