      Flexibility, small organization with decent people

      Cons

      No structure, no vision, no employee-centricity. No autonomy, you can't decide what to do. Founders will force you to do things they feel are right and the way they feel it is right. When it doesn't work out, which is 100% of times, they will blame it on you. ProcDNA is pseudo ZS where founders try to copy everything from ZS, while not realising that they don't have the capability to copy properly. Bonuses and increments are random. Fairness of process or visibility of performance metric is lacking. You might deliver a $1M project but get paid less than someone who was unstaffed during the entire cycle.

      No tech expertise. No original or cutting-edge work, just rehashing work done by ZS a few years later and for smaller clients Work-life balance missing, no difference in culture from ZS

      Huge room for improvement

      Bearable office space Decent exposure

      Cons

      Very very very bad leadership. The senior and mid-senior leadership team is really so incompetent, it's unbelievable. The food quality has to be one of the worst ever. Leaders tend to be so unprofessional at times, it's hard to imagine one has 10+ years of experience. Everything is copied from ZS, from projects to solutions. Reviews are the worst- no vision nothing- just random arbitrary unfair goals & numbers.
