I’ve left because i don’t feel safe. It’s chaotic and filthy, fire doors are broken or blocked. MDF cutting machines in use in non ventilated areas. Supervisors managers etc never wear masks it all seems like a bit of a giggle to them. Constant influx of nearly illiterate factory workers who can’t speak English and don’t understand. Very little training / safety equipment / lifting equipment and lots of near miss accidents. Some kid had there finger cut off last month. It’s minimum wage .. nothing else. No sick pay, other than statutory. Not for the factory workers. 20 days leave. No Christmas bonus. Constant threat of being replaced or sacked if they don’t like you. Very successful business treating low income earners like they are simply resource and not human being.

Not even 1 thing about the company is positive HR is at its worse Management is run by 2-13 people only and they screw you up if you do anything against their wish development and quality is worse. this company has no scope to learn but you can provide your knowledge to them People talk in cheap manner and scream at juniors back stabbing and lies are said openly
