Pros

Exceptional people, a strong product, and a culture that genuinely works. The interview process is streamlined and well organised from start to finish. The pace is fast, but the team has the right tech stack to match. There's a lot of work, but it's meaningful work, tied to a real mission. Great benefits and beautiful offices round it out.

Can't recommend Profound enough - it's an incredible place to be. Especially for GTM folks who want to be part of a true building culture. We are growing like crazy, working with some of the largest organisations in the world AND you get the opportunity to work with some of the smartest & hardworking people in tech today.
