      You do get to travel some.

      Cons

      In my opinion and in the opinions of others I know, we believe it is a not a healthy work environment and I wouldn't recommend to anyone to work here or intern here. Notice most of these reviews are from interns who might not see the full picture...

      Pros

      Some of the most talented individuals on the team. Really great mission.

      Cons

      Treatment of employees lacks decency. Several team members didn't even know the names of volunteers. Ego can get in the way of the mission. Quality of programming somewhat lacked, and it seemed like some people wanted to address that but management was not interested in making changes to alter quality of equipment going out into the field.
