Cons

Only care about how many CV's you send nothing about the quality, bully management and lack of leadership. No career development at all within the company, do not take any call from a manager for a role there especially from EF

Everything about PP and their unreasonable expectations of staff. So many years wasted working for Pank.

1- base salary is good 2- there were like 2 nice people there 3- Interview process is quick No other Pros to be found in that company! it's a real Dump!

Cons

Here goes the list: 1- Micromanagement!!!!!! Big Time! 2- lack of transparency 3- You will be a "good" employee if you are a boot kisser 4- The company has no north, no direction, no HR, no Nothing!. You are on your own! 5- Lack of professionalism at ALL levels, starting from the very top and all the way down. 6- Only people who are good at selling themselves and kiss a&*^s would be noticed. 7- Jealousy between co-workers make it impossible to improve any processes. Please read all negative comments in Glassdoor, they are all true!!!!. All Accounts of different clients are managed by the same people at the end of the day! Be aware!
