      Pros

      The company is happy to give you lots of opportunities to grow. The learning curve is steep and hard - but rewarding for those that stick it out. They have got great clients to work for. You get a chance to work with extremely smart people in the industry Good salary package and benefits.

      Cons

      Work life balance can suffer at times Not much interaction with other colleagues as all work for different clients and locations. Failing to retain and attract Talent.

      Great consultants. Generally do very good work for our clients. Are not "cowboys" and give honest appraisal and estimates to clients.

      Recent losses in the exec are significant. Exec leadership and management is poor

      Large Corporation Nice Socials with good food

      Cons

      HR outsourced to cheaper to manage India. The distance completely disconnects with culture and actual goings-on within the UK space. Company will always go for the cheap option and refused to elaborate Demands and pressures are incredible and once mentioned instead of addressing it, they usually let the person go because they "Cant handle it"
