Pros

-You have the opportunity to work with some really amazing kids/teens who really need help -Informal dress code policy (depending on the department)

Cons

-Questionable business practices -Ineffective leadership -Low pay and weak benefits -Company culture that does not promote respect or equality - Few/no opportunities for advancement. - Alot of gossip -Leadership has favorites and does not treat all employees equally
