Pros
One of the best most "considered" corporate cultures out there, management are sound and genuinely rewarded for trying to be good team leaders and people managers, something that is very rare these days. Product is good and the in house skills around it equally sound. Much to like not much to dislike
Cons
No real cons, the product is sound, the target markets clearly defined, and the resourcing by and large is there. IF I had to pick a weakness it is the commercial structure of the company .. being privately held by current and ex employees restricts the options open for growth strategy. (reflected in lower career opportunities ranking) but that is somewhat subjective.
