      Pros

      Good compensation - Smaller BDR team which means plenty of support from management - Due to size of UK BDR team you have multiple AMs to collaborate with - fantastic product stack covering multiple areas of IT Security - Genuine Market leader - Management really invests time into BDRs

      Pros

      Proofpoint France offers a very positive working environment with supportive colleagues, strong leadership, and a real team spirit. The company gives employees the opportunity to work on meaningful cybersecurity topics with well-known customers, while also encouraging collaboration and professional development. The culture is dynamic, international, and focused on both performance and people.

      Cons

      As in many fast-growing tech companies, the pace can sometimes be demanding, and priorities may change quickly. However, this also creates opportunities to learn and grow. Sometimes still too much US oriented.

      Amazing culture, strong strategy and good work / life balance. If you are looking to excel and have the best years of your career this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Onboarding for specialist roles could be more focused, the Sales Academy in terms of content was very broad and more specific for account managers.
