Pros
I have worked at Proofpoint for nearly 5 years, in that time, I have seen the company grow significantly. The environment is an enjoyable place to be, the office and facilities are modern. Snacks and drinks are provided for staff along with company functions, summer BBQ, Christmas party. The teams get on well and have a laugh whilst being at work. With recent hires to the Management team, this has seen a positive attitude in the staff, healthy competition seen from the Sales team. The benefits offered by the company are also really good, healthcare, company shares, holiday, childcare vouchers, just to mention a few! Training and support are given to new hires, with the added bonus of heading to the US for the annual Sales Kick-off. The VP of EMEA runs a great organisation, firm but fair, he is also a great supporter of internal promotion. Recently had a number of promotions within our Commercial team, great to see people grow within the organisation

Nothing that is significant enough to put me off applying for a role at the company.

Interview
Fairly quick response, within a month of my application I'd had my interview. Was pretty casual, lasted around 45 minutes. Was given a tour around the office afterwards. Received confirmation of offer within 2 weeks.
