Pros

some of the people are really nice

Cons

Management is awful and they don't follow through or communicate. They use you to do all the work that they don't want to and then let you go under false pretences

Pros

Great job, loved most of my coworkers, enjoyed what I did.

Cons

The managers were sneaky and devious and manipulative. They withheld my promotion and raise for being pregnant. They told me at the beginning of my pregnancy the reason for not promoting me to the position they had already trained for was because they felt it would be better to wait until after my maternity leave. I told them that was illegal and then they spent the rest of my pregnancy making my life hell. They overworked me, had me running accounts I wasn’t being paid for. Once they realized I wasn’t quitting they wrote me up twice for things that never happened and then fired me when I came back from leave for another made-up excuse. Unemployment did an investigation and luckily I had many witnesses who saw what they were doing to me. They deemed my termination to be unlawful! Not only did they have to pay my unemployment but they also had to hire a total of 4 people to replace me and take over my workload!

Pros

Great people who genuinely care about each other. 401k and other benefits were great.

Cons

Completely unrealistic workload. You feel like you are set up for failure. If you need assistance, there is no one to help you. You constantly feel the burden of backlogged work. Outdated policies on flex time off/work from home.
