Our focus in the last year or more has been assisting the UK office with the adoption of best practices and standards from head office to assist with efficiencies and improvements. Some UK Mgrs. report to head office now so there is more synergy between the offices with a focus on profitability while maintaining the UK office culture led by our onsite UK Managing Director. Sometimes there are 'growing pains' when new processes are adopted and we hope this is minimal, with the training, communication and change management provided.
