      Used to be a great company

      Pros

      Great profit share scheme. Friendly office environment. Other good benefits.

      Cons

      The company lost its way with business takeovers. To much middle management. Far too interested in trying to reach educate staff with Franklin Covey brainwashing than actual asking the hard working staff about the real issues.

      ESOP retirement program, frequent employee activities.

      Cons

      Recently there has been a lot of change and employees, especially at satellite sites, are no longer feeling appreciated or secure in their future in the company.
