Pros

Firstly, I want to start by saying that I was somewhat skeptical about this site when I first read all the 5 star reviews here about Prospect 33. When I joined Prospect 33 I had been applying for similar positions for some time and had reviewed a good number of companies who boasted similar graduate type schemes and none of them, not one had anything like the number of positive reviews that Prospect 33 had, let alone more than a smattering of 5 star reviews. So it leaves me with a quandary, whereas I would never normally feel that 5 stars was appropriate for any review, I honestly cannot find one thing that gives them only 4 stars. I have tried and these are my thoughts so far: 1) Simple, honest, transparent recruitment model: I really like the personal touch that these people gave me. They were very hands-on and very personal. I genuinely felt like they wanted ME to work for them, not just my CV! 2) Great ongoing employee interaction: Again, a very hands-on approach. I wasn't a number, I never became a number, in fact over time I became part of the organisation even though I was working for one of their customers the whole time. 3) Great career opportunity: The role that they put me into was perfect for me. I felt like I had a huge choice in my own career. 4) Flexibility: I've witnessed (through one of my colleagues) just how flexible Prospect 33 can be with their employees. One of my colleagues has needed some time off for personal reasons and there was never a hesitation in giving it. 5) Great personal support: I was offered several choices of training courses I could attend and I've taken advantage of this to advance myself. 6) Fun events: I was invited to several really fun events, which also proved interesting from a networking perspective. 7) Great career guidance: I've had several conversations over my time with their senior management and on every occasion, I've had very honest and very good career advice. Never once, did I feel that the advice I was getting was in any way being influenced by the commercial needs of Prospect 33. 8) Good Pay: I was offered the right pay for my level on day one. I never had to haggle with them over pay, they were fair with me and I was correspondingly fair with them. Overall, it's been a great relationship.

Cons

Of course no organisation is perfect and I think it only fair to highlight the negatives as best I can: 1) Employee events, although fun were limited. I've a good friend who works at Accenture and they seemed to have a weekly social event. To be honest, that was way over the top and she is tired of them. I think that there is a balance and it would have been nice to see more of Prospect 33. Perhaps a monthly happy hour could be setup. 2) More in-house training. Whereas, I was very grateful for the training I receive, these courses are not all Prospect 33 in-house written courses. I'd be keen to see a more refined set of courses designed more specifically for me in my ongoing job function. 3) Bonus. I am not complaining about my salary package, however it is all base salary, and I for one would relish the opportunity to shoot for a bonus. I work long hours, and have really given a huge amount to this job. Some sort of bonus would be nice as part of my remuneration package. 4) Study time. Given the long work week, there is little time in my evenings and weekends for study. I don't know how this could be constructed, but if we could have even one day per month to study this would be hugely helpful. Even if it was something we juggled into the schedule with the client. I think that it would be reasonable to ask my client to cover this time off each month. After all they are getting the benefit of my increased learning. Thats about it. I really like working for Prospect 33 overall, and I don't want these comments to be construed as being in any way negative.

Wow, that is possibly the most comprehensive review I've ever read. It is of course nothing less than I would have expected from any of our Future Leaders, you are all an amazing group of individuals and there is nothing you don't excel at! But on a serious note, you've written some really great thoughts down here and I will be addressing them all with my colleagues in the coming weeks. Many thanks for taking the time to write such a well balanced review. Tom Spouse CEO

Pros

I may only be in the door a mere six weeks, but I already feel like part of the Prospect 33 family. The company goes above and beyond for all of its employees, both internal and external. Having relocated from Ireland, the support has been overwhelming from everyone, particularly the UK team. The team dynamic and office atmosphere makes coming to work every day a joy.

Cons

Can't fault a thing, it's a fantastic company to work for.
