Of course no organisation is perfect and I think it only fair to highlight the negatives as best I can:
1) Employee events, although fun were limited. I've a good friend who works at Accenture and they seemed to have a weekly social event. To be honest, that was way over the top and she is tired of them. I think that there is a balance and it would have been nice to see more of Prospect 33. Perhaps a monthly happy hour could be setup.
2) More in-house training. Whereas, I was very grateful for the training I receive, these courses are not all Prospect 33 in-house written courses. I'd be keen to see a more refined set of courses designed more specifically for me in my ongoing job function.
3) Bonus. I am not complaining about my salary package, however it is all base salary, and I for one would relish the opportunity to shoot for a bonus. I work long hours, and have really given a huge amount to this job. Some sort of bonus would be nice as part of my remuneration package.
4) Study time. Given the long work week, there is little time in my evenings and weekends for study. I don't know how this could be constructed, but if we could have even one day per month to study this would be hugely helpful. Even if it was something we juggled into the schedule with the client. I think that it would be reasonable to ask my client to cover this time off each month. After all they are getting the benefit of my increased learning.
Thats about it. I really like working for Prospect 33 overall, and I don't want these comments to be construed as being in any way negative.
