A rich company with no culture and a revolving door

- the company is rich? - the software is reputable

Cons

- they pretend like they’re the best but actually they have an overpriced product that produces a very basic result - within a month of the pandemic, they wasted NO TIME with furloughs and lay offs— a rich company encouraging staff to collect from the government - they drown you in paperwork instead of getting actual useful work done - the upper management basically all joined in November, they mostly have no clue about the GI speciality - the revolving door is endless because they are overall a terrible place to work

Clinicians love the product and although they are several years behind in updating their platform it is considered the industry standard and they are in the process of moving to a SAAS environment now.

Cons

Leadership doesn’t seem to value their employees and lead from a position of power and fear as opposed to empathy and support.
