      The Silicon Valley AI company with no cash

      Seems like none out there

      Cons

      - The ongoing never-ending "salary freeze" made to "keep people onboard". - Despite this, some people are being laid off from time to time - Around ~100 employees left during 2023. To my knowledge, no retention efforts were made. - Key employees, who sustained the consultancy business, have left, leaving it as a mere outstaffing company. - C-suite makes questionable business and internal decisions, leading to the disappointment of major customers. - Uncompetitive salary: some long-term employees receive less compensation than entry-level engineers. Internal equity is not a thing there.

Your comments help hundreds of candidates to learn more about Provectus. We do have a chance for direct and honest communication with the Leadership of the company. CEO and COO and others host regular All-Hands Meetings where you can ask any questions. Or you can just write them in Slack. Partnership is one of the values. So we communicate with other teams and help each other as we have common goals. We do our best to offer our people a competitive benefits package. Thanks for noticing that. We also are reviewing it at the moment to be even more attractive. Yes, we would love to keep a flat and bureaucracy-free structure as long as possible. But we understand that some main processes must be clear and transparent for all employees. It's our priority for Q2 and Q3 this year.       Poison company, unprofessional management, weird culture.

      Good for interns, juniors or students

      Cons

      Do not recommend for professionals that worry about their reputation. Unprofessional management that was chosen old time ago and doesn't want to change. Weak teams All interviews on Glassdoor were made by existing employees and fake, they're doing the same by asking (forcing) their existing employees to leave a review. I have a big network of my friends who left them with a negative feeling. Not good benefits, the worst vacation policy Poison Culture, be aware if it's important for you!
