The benefits where great and with this job I was in the cooler alot so if you like to be in cold enviornments it's fantastic. The pay was also good. The structure of the team worked very well together and I had a lot of fun working there.

Cons

If you are not an early morning person probably not the job for you since they can have some pretty early starts to the day.
