The worst company I've worked for. They tell you full-time is 40 hours but as soon as you finish training you have a meeting with HR and they tell you they can only give you 32. When you tell them your availability they don't care what other priorities you have, they threaten to take away hours so you have to revolve your life around the company's needs. And if you want to be a BCBA you need to stay with the company for 2 years after getting your certification and if you leave you have to pay the company back for every hour of supervision they gave you even if it was off the clock and unpaid.

Management does not communicate well. Often hostile, not open to input from their staff. Unorganized. Their behavior and actions do not align with their mission statement and their expectation of their employees.
