Pros

Great company if you really want to own your role, learn and grow. I joined as an individual contributor and have been able to work up to managing the European Business before transitioning to managing the Global Operations team. Through out that journey management but their faith in me and invested time to educate and train me on what it takes to succeed in those roles. If you want to play a part in building and scaling a valuable company, it's a great place to work.

Cons

Scaling a business is hard and requires commitment. If you want an easy job where you're just a cog in a big machine go find a big mature business. If you want to make a real impact come to PulsePoint.

Thank you for your input and feedback. To be certain, PulsePoint is a place for folks looking for a job that has them in the spotlight and having an impact. And being a small organization, this autonomy necessitates everyone 'rowing in the same direction' and 'owning' their role. For some, this isn't the right culture. For those up for the challenge, PulsePoint will be a great opportunity.

Pros

-Very good working atmosphere and flexible when balancing life and work -Great benefits and reasonable salary -Company provides a certain amount of money per person a year to spend for training/conferences, which help increasing knowledge/networking etc... -No one will babysit a newcomer - need to be confident to do your job or ask a lot of questions

Cons

-Miscommunication between 3 offices in 3 different time zones occasionally if you are in a position where it is necessary to work closely with other employees across all offices -Not sure if it's easy to move up in career, but definitely can learn a lot. -Not enough development people for a technology company
