- 40 hour week, poor salary and constant time monitoring you will be hounded constantly so if your looking for a nice working environment this isn't it. Micro managed by kids - I saw some staff in tears, spoken to terribly by higher staff members - Senior level is poor, and most of them are remote in spain making it even worse to communicate with people who have broken english PLEASE DONT WORK HERE IT WILL BE THE BEST LIFE DECISION YOU HAVE EVER MADE

40 hours tracked with software no help from senior engineers poor untrained managers poor salaries you need to beg for days off bully mentality hardly any female engineers (dont expect to be invited out for a pint)
