Good place to work, excellent management career progression

I manage the hiring process at Puraffinity, and when I close a company to work for I have to believe it is a great place to work. I chose to work here because the company has a great purpose and vision, we are looking to provide PFAS-safe water to 1 billion people by 2030 and through the interview process, I not only liked everyone I met but I could see an alignment to my values and commitment to DEEI. I am happy that I joined. There is an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is heard and everyone is working together towards our mission and vision. We have lovely bright offices that offer flexible workspaces when you need to focus. There is lots of opportunity to grow and develop and whilst much of this development comes through your work, we also offer a £2000 per employee per year development budget.
