Pros

Small teams, nice views from office

Cons

Low pay, no benefits. The worst offender: a culture of managerial bullying. They put people who have no business being managers in positions of power. Even when whole teams expressed extreme dissatisfaction with managers (including managers who were inappropriate, dishonest, tyrannical), the executive leadership team refused to replace them or step in.

Overall miserable experience

Pros

casual work place, small company

Cons

High turnover rate; people leave when they realize they are making less than minimum wage for the hours they are working on salary. Change of management meant what started as a job with collaboration and ideas welcomed, turned into constant berating, micro managing and last minute projects that must be completed over night or over the weekend. You are expected to work through lunch and be on call 24/7. It felt like a culture of dissatisfied and fearful employees.
