Pros
You work with a progressive bunch, everyone has a good laugh and is quite informal You normally get to work on a variety of social topics, but get paid more than you would in the charity sector, and can take more risks/be more creative.
Cons
For a company that centres equity, there's still a lot of work to be done in terms of evening out HR processes and making sure performance reviews/ salaries (within huge bands) are equitable and consistent and less about who you know in management Sometimes there is a bit of an identity crisis around our mission in terms of the balance between nonprofits and corporates, and it would be good to see a clear, articulated position from management on business strategy + values
