Pros
Longer hours and non-existent appreciation for those hours given.
Cons
In addition to the long hours, bonuses are no longer fully given with most receiving around 80% of their maximum and some even less. Attrition has been high and continues to grow for a reason and yet bonuses are still not paid out fully. Hours are insane and no one is correctly compensated for it especially in the UK. Avoid company at all costs.
