Pros
As the headline suggests, Q-Bot is working on a problem that is actually making a difference. The overall idea of doing insulation using robots is novel, hard but interesting. A tremendous amount of technical experience can be gained with Q-Bot as it is one of the few companies currently deploying robots in the wild. I have met some of the best colleagues in my professional life. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
Cons
It's a small company. Hence, you get to have a lot more responsibility than what you signed up for. which is not a bad thing and might not even be a con.
