If you are not getting job anywhere, pay 90000 including 12% tax to get a job offer for content testing which can be also be done by 10th grade student. Perfect example of corporate slavery in term of notice period buy out amount...could you believe what it cab be??? It is 3 Lakh 60 thousand (han han apne bilkul sahi suna its 3 lakh 60 hazar rupees)...They applied it for 3 months of notice period...and even for 2 week early relieving before your notice period they can charge full amount.

Cons

One Man army company- All the decisions are taken by the CEO...even promotion of a single employee or if a person wants to switch the project in which he accidentally got stuck. Company top management (Vice president) shoots the mail to all employees regarding 'Please do not steel the footwear of other employee otherwise strict actions would be taken against the culprit'...Can you imagine company employee have to move out their shoes and footwear before entering the working rooms...because company's new carpet would not become dirty as per top management. Managers have no backbone...They could not take even a single decision for a single employee..even they dont have technical savvy except 2-3 person, and they try to make you believe that you dont know anything and you dont deserve anything Switching from Manual to automation testing is the biggest achievement for an employee in this company...you need to spend atleast 3-4 years if you belong to UPTU colleges irrespective of technical skills...Of course if you are smart (means you cab understand) or belong to some Amity kind of college irrespective of any knowledge...you will get the promotion very soon here.. This is the best platform for those who can sing, dance, do video films or photography, these persons can surely join this organization..I will assure you in each appraisal you will get 4 ratings out of 5..can get minimum upto 1 lack to 1.5 lack annual appraisal here. Please Don't loose the hope for Sports Persons, you have to play very critical role here in this organization, you will be utilized by the company in Corporate Sports Events for their company promotion...Of course you will be benefited by company's track suits and of course also get good appraisal but less than dancer or film maker Limited tools and technologies are user here in projects...Even 2-3 MS office license are assigned to in team of 4. members. You need to borrow your team member's machine to prepare the client status. Lunch and tea breaks do not count in company working hours. Worst place for those freshers who do not belong to above criteria which I mentioned above...They will give you only 7000-9000 INR merely (This amount also based on factor in which college or institution you belonged) for a complete year. Even you could not leave the organization because of 3 months of notice period (Of course 3.60 lack buyout amount). And you could not even crack the interview based on the experience you will gain here. Even employees working here since last 3-5 years in manual testing, even they clould not be able to crack the interview for manual position in other's company. Because none of the processes are followed here. Most of projects are third party projects so you could not even aware about the project processes. Some project are based on agile but many of them do not follow any process which are expected to follow in Agile model. HR is just a puppet. They can change the policy anytime. Foe example there was a policy for gratuity amount of 21000 for those who completed three years in the organization. It was changed with in the night because as per the company analysis almost 70-100 employees were completing their 3 years here. Such a shame !!!!! You would not entitled for your Diwali bonus during notice period of course it is part of salary structure which is deducted each month from your salary. It not the extra amount that they provide you. Meal... please if you can bring your meal from your home then please do so because the quality is very average and it is not hygienic...No actions would be taken even after your feedback in the register.. One interesting thing I want to tell you...They will force you to submit with good reviews for 'Great Place to Work Survey' conducted with in organization. They will force to like their Videos on facebook regarding this survey. Last year my manager issued an email with the team to prepare a list for those candidates who did not like the company survey video on Facebook page. You need to give the answer why you did not like it and definitely it will spoil your relations with your manager which reflects in your appraisal.

Pros

1. Some people in HR department are very good and especially I would like to appreciate Shruti Choubey, the HR skills that she possess is very commendable. 2. Infrastructure is amazing. 3. Mukesh Sharma (CEO) has almost all the qualities of a good leader should have. 4. Food served in tuck shop is good.

Cons

I will never recommend this company (Specifically Performance Team) to any "TALENTED" fresher as in the worst case you will have negative thoughts for the corporate world and you may even leave the IT industry and may feel like IT domain is not meant for you, irrespective of the skills you possess. My personal experience: I found a very techy guy leaving the IT domain due to the sick environment of QA Infotech. The team size was of 10-15 people and some of them were really very talented and helpful. They are really nice and I appreciate and respect their talent. Rest of the team is full of politics and future politicians. You will find one person who shows that he's a hard worker (Stays Day and Night in the office) but his work is only to roam here and there for gossips, interfere and disturb rest of the team and do gossips with groups and he assigns tasks allotted to him, to his reportees as "secret tasks". During my tenure I found almost everyone accept few of his slaves complaining about him. Most of the time I found this guy cribbing about the organization, abusing his immediate manager, COO, CEO etc. (If you are reading this review, you should better change yourself). I strongly believe that this guy is the root cause of dirty environment at QA Infotech. I feel if he stays in the team, the team can never grow. This kid even makes fun of people who stammer...Dude I feel you must go to school once again. He always comments on every girl's attire. I think he will never let any talented person to be the part of performance team. If you want to join performance team@QAIT you should think twice and even now if you think that you want to join performance team you should better stab yourself..:P :D PS: You will find some gems in the team who will do work with dedication and will always help you out.
