Pros

Great flexibility, tons of learning opportunities, no office politics (and if so, that eventually gets shut down). Management has no problems letting people go if they don't contribute and just cause problems with their behavior. No favoritism, anyone can be heard here without worry of subtle or outright backlash. I've had a lot of different jobs, and bosses, and upper management and it is usually just a snake pit one way or another. This is the first place in very very long time where I don't have to worry about that stuff anymore.

Cons

Can get hectic and feel unorganized at times, but Nik does listen, and is willing to try things out to make things better for everyone. It is a work in progress and has been getting better over time.

Pros

Excited and engaged team working towards making a great game. Management cares about employees. They understand having a personal life and don't crunch or practice "bums in seats" management. Office is nice and modern, but they are flexible about working from home.

Cons

Management is experienced, but a few people on the team are junior and on a learning curve. Still defining policies on many things so you sometimes find out that a question you have doesn't have an answer yet, but they usually will address based on urgency and priority.

Pros

Team and organizational culture is strong, especially for a newer startup. Management is truly caring and kind. Great use of collaborative software and business practices. Fair compensation and work life balance.

Cons

There were management shortfalls that are being addressed but honestly its nothing compared to the disaster state most startups find themselves in. Parking sometimes.
