You get discounted goods and 20% off product sales

Cons

Poor pay outdated computer systems QVC say customer satisfaction is the most important but allow a target of 2 minutes per call Company allows customers to speak to staff in a rude condescending manner and you are instructed by qvc you have to tolerate this treatment High turnover of staff

Quite pressurised working environment, only opportunity given to those who are the loudest, quite patronising with younger staff, not very cultured
