-Teams with young people willing to learn -Big Clients -Start your career in Banking Sector -Projects in many countries

Cons

-Few benefits other than salary. -You are just a number, a billing, thrown at the customer and not followed up by the company. -You only find out who your manager is when you receive a customer complaint and you don't listen to your side. -Grows fast who flatters managers -Sometimes you work on more than one project at the same time with more hours and does not receive financial compensation. -Any training (even if it's your first experience) they make a unilateral stay contract in which they can fire you at any time, but if you decide to leave you have to pay a very high financial compensation.
