There used to be many. Very very few now. Very few. Fuel card maybe?

Cons

Lack of commercial leadership, and strategic direction, more interested in looking after the ‘old guard’ who couldn’t lead anywhere else so self appoint their own roles and titles. No progression and constant blame game culture. If you ever hear someone say they’re a software company, it’s unlikely intended to be a joke but it sure is one.

Nice enough team members in marketing

Horrible and toxic culture. Revolving door. Senior management only listen to their favourites and promote them. Was called a 'politician' by a very senior leader when trying to put a point across. Thrown under the bus by VPs several times. Zero respect and value.
