      Pros

      Company offers state of the art services to patients and families. Most of the workers truly want to see patients excel with the programs offered.

      Cons

      Employees bully, hr and management will not address the situations, has you work it out between each other. Told to tape-record the other person being offensive. We are on camera 24 hours a day-------- this behavior should be monitored.

      You get to wear scrubs.

      Cons

      Management is awful, training is inadequate, asked to work outside of job description, cliques, drama. Ethical decision making by management is questionable. Also, paper charting. I don’t want to waste too much time dwelling in the past but this was an awful experience..

      Management is incompetent and disrespectful. No work/life balance. This place is all about profit- not patient care. Everything you read about working at Quail Run it’s true.
