You will learn a lot because you will end up doing work above your pay grade since they don’t hire sufficiently and will gladly work you to the ground.
Cons
The personal downsides are bad pay, horrible work-life balance, and high turn around so few people to stay close friends with.
The company cons are the product doesn’t work as described(very buggy and lots of gaps, difficult to use), clients end up screwed in the end, management cannot be trusted - say one thing and do another. Very little follow through on company initiatives because there are not enough people to do the work.

We are tough but fair and we generously reward overachievers. We are very transparent and clear with terms of employment including compensation. Further, we are human beings that are passionately building transformative technology that requires a lot of sacrifices. We don't like the term work life balance: we believe in work life choice. You choose how much you want to work in order to be successful. We are not in a balancing act here; we are all in for our employees and our customers. You made your choice and we wish you all the best.
As an aside, people who have worked at Qualer for a year or more are still with Qualer.
Health insurance after 3 months of employment. Free coffee. A laptop you can take home if you're on salary. Not much to say here.
Cons
The pay is miserable. Very few paid holidays. The CEO is totally hands-off. Upper management has no clue about how to manage people. They're better off managing spreadsheets, not people. The only positive review on Glassdoor was probably written by one of them. They will promise you things during your interview and never honor them. I'm surprised that this company hasn't been sued yet.
They brag about their product when most of the features don't even work. They're over-promising and under-delivering on the product.

Some people who apply to start-ups have very glamorous expectations fueled by media admiration with high profile companies. They don’t know how hard it was for those companies in the beginning. Growing with a start-up is hard work; not a line on a resume. Change should start with you; otherwise, you will be person of no value to any company but Glassdoor.
Plenty of parking, have to write twenty words so system will accept review. Not much to say. Paid holidays. Some benefits
Cons
Practicing old sales methods that don’t work today. No effective marketing plan and incompetent executive management. Software ineffective and does not meet customer needs. High turnover as employees continue to resign weekly. Start up doomed for failure.

Nothing is given. You have to earn it. Dreams don't work unless you do. I hope one day you will find yourself working on yours as hard we work on ours.
