      Pros

      IT automation is a great industry

      Cons

      The worst run company I have ever seen...anywhere. They have no leadership, no innovation, no loyalty, no heart, no backbone. It was such a toxic environment that I'm really surprised they haven't gone bankrupt yet. The product is a joke that can be done with the smallest bit of coding experience. They will openly lie to customers about the product leaving sales managers to clean up. Their numbers are all smoke and mirrors too, that have been manipulated just to con investors and customers.

      Pros

      Very talented group of people, fun and easy going. Cool agile process. Lots of different technologies to learn.

      Cons

      No longterm vision which leads to confusion on all levels. Too frugal culture, no perks and the wokplace environment is a disaster. The management doesn't seem to care about the people, just sales.

      The people are mostly nice. Great work life balance (because nobody cares)

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke. Executive team members are all incompetent “yes-men” and are not qualified for the job. Zero understanding of what customers want to achieve and how to help them achieving what they want.
