Pros

The last review nailed it. Great stories to share when you leave! You could start a club!

Cons

I could go on and on. Leaders that can't compose sentences or themselves. Always drama, tears, attitudes, hostilities. No joke. Do not be fooled by these other "reviews." Nothing is ever clear. And not in a "let's grow and find the answer way." Again, don't be fooled by the whole "guide don't drive" thing. Great slogan uttered by the last person who should say that. If you don't steer the way they want you to, see ya! And that's fine, your company, your rules. Just don't preach individuality and taking initiative. It's not appreciated or valued. Know why? Because others either perceive it as a threat to their job when you come up with an idea they never thought of. I'll lay it out simple. They come up with an idea: Do it, don't question it. When it fails, they say they tried, and usually go back to that idea again. Rinse and repeat. You come up with an idea: Huh....ok? Who are you again? Also, take one step inside that office and you'll turn right back around. It's not....nice?, not taken care of, and there have been paint samples on the wall for 10 years.

Pros

Your coworkers will understand your pain - instant trauma bonding! You’ll leave with great stories to tell your future coworkers.

Cons

Seems like the CEO has enough time to encourage additional reviews. Suggestion - try a little variety next time when outsourcing this task. “Helpful team!” “A team driven by purpose!” “Prospects for development!” “A flexible culture!” “Refreshing setting!” Leadership’s public persona varies. The internal culture doesn’t reflect what the CEO promotes on social media. Decisions are motivated by self interest rather than in the interest of employees. You learn to work hard from fear rather than merit rewards. Asks for feedback, but not welcome unless it fits the narrative he writes. Employees are disposable as long as it benefits the top. It’s the kind of place that teaches you resilience - not by design, but by necessity.

Always appreciate constructive criticism. Although we are far from perfect, the team is incredible at supporting each other! No matter where you go, we hope you find that role and company that provides the fulfillment you are seeking. When you do, chances are you will give the effort your employer and their clients deserve.

Pros

I value working for an organization that doesn't encourage immoral behavior in order to increase revenue. The job is actually more fulfilling when integrity is prioritized during the hiring process.

Cons

You won't close positions as quickly as some competitors due to the meticulousness needed for each placement, but quality is more important.
