      Pros

      Not much Pros to speak of, it was downhill from day one.

      Cons

      A very dysfunctional, toxic, unethical, and nepotism culture and no plan to improve that. They will tell you they want to improve and change but its all talk.

      It used to be a very relaxed working environment

      Cons

      No training, corrupt leadership, high turnover, no room for growth, toxic/cutthroat workplace culture, overworked middle management AND developers. It didn't start out like this but the company is definitely on its way down
