      Pros

      I see this as a step to bigger as Quant is one of the best companies in data analysis.

      Cons

      I worked for bank sector for last 10 years so I think it will be good challenge if I change to company sector specifically with a good company.

      Good company all together, to be recommended.

      Cons

      Only con is that the dependence on the customer is higher than normal and the kind of business it is difficult to influence your revenue other then direct negotiations with the customer.
