Pros
Engineers tend to get ownerships of their projects, which gives a sense of responsibility over systems. Company culture is good, definitely felt inclusive in the company's environment. Regular social events.
Cons
Cross-office (San Francisco & London) can sometimes be a bit inefficient, which makes some projects a bit hard to push through. On top of that, the product direction seems to had conflicts between different parts of the company (at least start of 2024) so it can be quite confusing when looking at the big company moving direction.
