Pros
- Great versatility in my role - Really trusted to take ownership of responsibilities without micromanagement, which I have found often isn't the case in marketing roles. - Kind and supportive colleagues. - Open and transparent communication on career path and development opportunities.
Cons
As with most companies, the switch to predominantly remote working has been a challenge, particularly with internal company comms, but I know it's something they're very pro-active to improve upon, which is great! Honestly, hard to find a con from my time at Quanticate so far.
