      decent pay and benefits + toxic work environment

      decent pay and benefits the pay is not the best in industry, but it is still good they also have tons of benefits like quarterly off-sites

      Cons

      the work environment is super toxic, everyone is there just to personally please the CEO and founder, Richard Ma. It is mostly about him, rather than success of the company. people don't act professionally, and there is no consequence. The company sometimes feels like a scam-shop, just focused on making money by any means possible. Not aligned with broader set of values in web3 industry at all.

      - Energetic Startup Vibe: Fast-paced work keeps things exciting. - Impactful Work: I’ve had the opportunity to work on significant projects and feel my work has an impact. - Great Team: Everyone’s super supportive and ready to jump in. - Leadership: Leaders keep things chill and open, very transparent - Awesome Perks: Unlimited vacation, health benefits, RRSP match, and meal/gym/workstation setup/education stipends. 100% Remote: Everyone is remote. I can work from anywhere. - Fun Retreats: We vote on the locations and recently hit up Antigua and Italy, plus partners can come!

      Typical Startup Curveballs: projects and roles can change, and you've got to stay flexible. (I actually like this but for some this might be a con?)
