I would not recommend working in the HR or travel departments at Quantum Healthcare. Teamwork and collaboration are not practiced within HR Management, and issues are not discussed professionally or in a healthy manner. HR will only have upper management's best interests at heart. It's best to stay in the good graces of the family and friends of the CEO, as they will lie to keep their positions. The education department seems to be the only competent department within this company. Based on negative comments I heard from HR management about travel when being brought on, I should have known better. The company has a work environment that can be toxic within the HR and travel departments, as opinions for process change are not taken into consideration to improve policies. Upper management's word is believed over your own, even if it's a lie. The atmosphere is not diverse, as there is a lot of favoritism towards family and friends, regardless of production efforts. Additionally, the workload is manageable, but you may end up working under someone else's name, and they may claim your work as their own. It's important to have proper signifiers for your work. If they speak badly about previous workers and current coworkers, they may be hypocritical towards you. Some employees in the education department are pleasant, but the HR manager and director can be two-faced and may throw you under the bus to avoid upsetting the CEO's best friend, even though he may not be competent. Overall, I would advise job seekers to consider other employment opportunities.
