      Some nice working opportunities abroad

      Cons

      No benefits despite multiple promises. No adequate training, management likes to turn their heads away when asking for something. They also promise things that they never realize (projects, end of year bonus etc.).

      Efficient team work Retail field of expertise Flexibility in management

      Cons

      Heavy loads sometime and less ressources to handle it. Project management can sometime forget about the customer side of things and only focus on technical aspects.
