      Pros

      You will learn a lot by working in multi-disciplined teams while assigned on multiple role.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient software tools to support proper documentation and tracking of work flow. Compensation is not representative of the workload and is inconsistent across the board. While engineers get paid less than the industry average, other support positions are paid wages closer to their respective industry standards.

      Pros

      Fast-paced and you will learn a lot as an entry-level employee. Great training/proving grounds. A handful of very bright people with strong work ethics.

      Cons

      Outdated upper management is unable to retain employees and unwilling to review industry competitive salary rates. This is due to poor foresight from upper management. They can get away with this by using the same designs over and over, but they will be left in the dust by the competition in the years to come.
