      Work at Qulix for almost 4 years in an administrative role. - Excellent management and technical stuff - Very good social package (health insurance, discounts for sports activities, free public transport tickets etc.) - Healthy working climate - Career opportunities for proactive and hardworking people - Good offices location

      - Due to no strict formalities sometimes you have no idea who is responsible for a particular piece of work

      Pros

      Great people around; Various projects (it depends on what you are looking for); High-level technical specialists ready to share their knowledge; Opportunities and career promotion for those who are working hard; Big corporate parties.

      Cons

      Not a lot of English speaking customers; The company is quite big and divided into several offices, so you don`t know half of your colleagues even visually.

      - professional colleagues (even if we disagree on some tech points) - ability to work with different clients and projects (big company, many clients, it is up to your skills where you'll work) - ability for business trips - internal R&D - good way to create something new - super management

      Cons

      - there are some big and boring projects (however work is work, right?) - salaries are rather middle - market
