      Pros

      Great leadership. Solid team. No micromanagement. I've been with the organization for years -- before the spinoff from CHS. The team here has done great things with a startup mentality and we have a great future ahead of us.

      Moving forward full steam ahead. It's not for everyone, but for those who want to make a difference, come on board!

      Pros

      The best thing about working for Quorum Health was working for one of the hospitals they owned.

      Cons

      The Corporate office was completely disconnected from what senior leadership within the hospital needed, what staff needed, what worked and what didn't work. Their self-serving motives were destructive.

      The only pro I have was making the decision to quit.

      Cons

      - Didn't have insurance for 60days - No allotted breaks - 30min lunches - 401K is 1% - PTO is a joke - New management ruined the department - Turnover rate is extremely high
