      Pros

      With the guidance of my Managers and Technical architects, I learnt a lot professionally and personally. The co workers are really helpful and all the projects will be worked as a team. The hardest part of job is competing with others to get the best rating. The most enjoyable part of the job are the regular team outings and lunches.

      Cons

      Random project allocation in side company Each & Everything depends on your manager If your good to Manager you will prosper else they will stamp you Overall better.

      flexible hours, easily reachable here we have good work life balance, peaceful environment Relaxed projects with international giants where we provide technical solutions and are well appreciated by the local management and the clients well within time will get opportunities to learn

      I am working here since july 2013 and it was great learning experience i don't think cons.
