Excellent colleagues with high-calibre talents and wealth of experiences. Willing to share the domain knowledge. Competitive compensation. Hybrid working with flexibility.

Cons

Poor corporate and product strategy. Poor senior leadership appointment. A waste of the talents and experience.

Pros

Decent pay. Learn how to not do things.

Cons

This used to be a good company, with people passionate about the product. It's turned toxic. The new Chief Engineering Officer has been pushing out those who disagree with his opinion, which is based on his very limited understanding of DLT. People used to be passionate about the product, now half the company are only interested in getting a bigger job title on their CVs, C Eng O included. A lot of good people have been let go, often disappearing at short notice, but we have more heads and chiefs than ever. Even the co-founder & CTO, who was excellent, has been pushed out, remaing there only on paper as an "advisor". There is no product strategy (check the open source repos to see how little work R3 are doing on Corda), and all focus is going on a bespoke sub-par payment solution for a gulf state, and has nothing to do with DLT or blockchain. If you want to work on interesting tech, move on. If you value your mental health, avoid.
