Cons
Like many large organisations, RACV's scale comes with real constraints. High overheads, accumulated tech debt, and rooms full of 50+ stakeholders can make innovation feel like swimming upstream. Decision-making is slow, and with senior leaders holding strong opinions, employees can find it easier to follow orders than fight for new ideas.
