RACV reviews about "bully"

No staff development opportunities. or any career support or planning. Severe favouritism at the Resort, management will find a way to criticise you. They have limited leadership skills. No matter how many times you report a manager for bullying, it gets swept under the rug and you get adverse action against you. No recognition for good work for anyone who is not a manager. RACV goes through entry level staff like there's no tomorrow.

DO NOT address team leader/management bullying. Seem to just sweep it under the carpet. Make all the noises to say they are but it has been going on for years with same team leader and nothing is ever done, they allow them to be a repeat offender - over and over again.

Top down leadership, bullying culture, not very flexible in terms of work from home. VERY high turn over rate.

The environment can feel like micromanagement, bordering on bullying. Managers ask employees to follow them on social media, often under the guise of being "friendly," but it's really a way to keep tabs on their personal lives. While the team is fantastic and the people are really nice, the work culture can be challenging. The company offers good food discounts, but not allowed to sit an 8-hour shift with only a 30-minute break for ate,

Unfortunately there is an underlying bullying culture there. As a great supporter and funder of mental health agencies, RACV staff are enabled to make defamatory statements and spread rumours without mgt mediation when team dynamics go south. Departments then quietly push out the 'outcasts' by isolating them and eventually a pay out. Long term middle mgt allow lower level 'favoured' staff to dictate team structures . Even at an executive level there is an ignorance of this culture as smiling assassins do their best work.

Big bullying culture from above. Don’t speak out of turn.
