The business has been in a downward spiral for the last 2-3 years and is plagued by layoffs and missed profit sharing opportunities.

Multiple safety measures are ignored. Management does not respect work life balance and often plays favorites. Some people skate by with no accountability while other team members are expected to go above and beyond. Management will talk circles around an issue and offer no solutions, weaponizing corporate language and avoiding any accountability. Dispite the outdoor industry boom that followed Covid, the corporate team continues to make poor investments in sub par products like thier branded shoe line and the Gen.E cargo bike that they eventually end up giving them away. Each year the company procedes with more and more layoffs, eliminating long term seasoned employees to turn around and hire triple the amount of employees as seasonal help. They are moving farther away from the "expert" advice service they brand themselves as and each year we see less and less gear options in favor of high dollar clothing brands.
